Diversified Machine Systems.
5 Axis CNC Router
DMS 5 Axis CNC Routers feature heavy-duty thick walled tube
frame construction, providing a rigid structure to dampen
vibration and assures long-term accuracy and repeatability.
Each ball screw and rail mounting surface is precision
machined.
Strength and precision are built into the rotary axes of the
DMS 5 Axis CNC Router with high accuracy direct drive gear
sets further reducing vibration and ensuring consistent
alignment, increased tool life, and cut quality.
Rotating ball-nuts are used on the X and Y-axes eliminating
lead screw whip, providing increased stability, accuracy and
machining feedrates. All ball screws are covered to protect
them from being contaminated with chips and other debris.
The DMS 5 Axis CNC Router control system utilizes the Fagor
8055C and brushless AC servo motors to deliver fast,
consistent, and dependable multiple axis control in a state
of the art CNC package. There is also a network and hard
drive adapter available to allow the CNC to connect to your
network.
High quality Star brand ways and ball screws are used on all
linear axes of the DMS 5 Axis CNC Router. Star brand
products are built to the highest quality standards, further
ensuring your machines long-term reliability and
performance. |
